Walton Street Capital provides investment advice to investment vehicles (Funds) that primarily invest in equity and/or debt interests in real estate-related assets and real estate operating companies. Walton Street identifies investment opportunities, facilitates acquisitions, monitors investments, and handles dispositions for the Funds. Walton Street may also provide real estate consulting, monitoring, and reporting services to third parties.
Fee Structure
Walton Street manages investments for pooled investment vehicles (Funds), not directly for individual investors. Fees are determined and assessed specifically for each Fund. These fees can include management fees, acquisition fees, and incentive compensation. Investors in Sidecars or co-investment vehicles generally pay reduced or no fees and/or incentive compensation.
