Voleon Capital Management LP is an investment advisory firm managing private investment funds and separately managed accounts. Voleon uses quantitative-based strategies and a variety of asset classes and financial instruments. Investors cannot select particular investments or strategies. Voleon determines whether to provide investment advisory services through a Managed Account on a case-by-case basis and works with each Investor in a Managed Account to devise mutually acceptable investment guidelines.
Fee Structure
Voleon Capital Management LP manages investments for private investment funds and separately managed accounts.
Fees for the private investment funds are detailed in the fund's offering documents. Fees for separately managed accounts are negotiated and detailed in the investment management agreement. Voleon is generally compensated through a monthly management fee based on a percentage of the fund's net asset value. Voleon may also receive performance-based compensation based on a percentage of net profits above a high water mark, computed and paid quarterly in arrears.
