MainLine West Fund Manager provides investment advisory services, primarily focused on municipal bonds, to separately managed accounts and private pooled investment vehicles. For individual accounts, MainLine West works with clients to determine investment objectives and risk tolerance. The firm also manages private funds that invest in municipal bonds and related derivatives. MainLine West serves as the Managing Member of each Fund, with full authority over investment decisions.
Fee Structure
MainLine West Fund Manager manages investments for separately managed accounts and private pooled investment vehicles.
For separately managed accounts, fees are calculated as a percentage of the value of your portfolio. Fees are deducted semi-annually. The specific fee schedule is determined by the Investment Management Agreement.
For private pooled investment vehicles, Class B investors are charged 1.00% per year and Class A investors are charged 0.75% per year. The fee is based on the greater of the investor’s capital commitment or net capital contributions to the Fund. MainLine West may waive or reduce the fee for certain investors.
