iSectors licenses its asset allocation models to investment advisory platforms, which then offer the models to advisors who manage their clients' assets. iSectors also licenses models directly to financial advisors on a limited basis. iSectors' models are also available to retirement plans through specified retirement platforms. iSectors does not provide investment supervisory services or financial planning services to individual clients. iSectors constructs and maintains model portfolios, but the Platform Sponsor has the final responsibility of placing orders for the execution of transactions in client accounts.
