Global Credit Advisers manages investments for private funds (hedge funds) and may provide discretionary investment management services to separately managed accounts. They specialize in analyzing and trading financial instruments issued by highly leveraged companies. Global Credit does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of investors in the GCA Funds.

For hedge funds, the management fee is up to 0.5% per quarter (approximately 2% annually) of the client’s assets. In addition, an affiliate typically charges an annual performance allocation of up to 20% of the appreciation of the client’s net assets.
For separately managed accounts, fees are based on a percentage of assets under management and a performance allocation or fee, pursuant to a written investment advisory agreement. Typically, Global Credit would charge a quarterly management fee of up to 0.5% (i.e., approximately 2% annually) of the account’s assets under management, and an affiliate would charge a performance allocation or fee of up to 20% of the appreciation of the account’s assets.
