Fee Structure
SkyBridge Funds pay SkyBridge management fees based on the value of the assets managed. Some funds, and historically managed accounts, also pay a performance fee based on a percentage of profits, subject to a “high water mark.” The fees vary depending on the fund's nature and trading strategy. For funds-of-funds, management fees range from 0.60% to 1.20% per year, and performance fees range from 0% to 10% of profits. For direct investment funds, fees vary. Digital Macro Fund charges a 2% annual management fee and a 20% performance allocation.
