Seminole Advisory Services offers investment advice on real estate related loans, real estate equity investments, and renewable energy project related investments. The firm manages investment portfolios based on the client's objectives, risk tolerance, investment restrictions, and special circumstances. Seminole Advisory Services provides discretionary portfolio management services to investment trusts or other similar entities. All of the investors in such trusts or entities are pension funds.
Fee Structure
Seminole Advisory Services charges fees based on the value of the portfolio they manage. The fee is negotiated individually with each client. The fee is billed monthly based on the net asset value of the account on the first day of the month, or the amount invested by the client, less any distributions made to the client, whichever is greater. Seminole Advisory Services does not impose a minimum annual fee or a minimum account size.
