Fee Structure
Stockbridge Capital Group manages investments for commingled funds and separately managed accounts (SMAs). Fees for commingled funds are based on a percentage of capital commitment, invested capital, or unreturned capital contributions, ranging from 0.75% to 1.50% annually. Fees for SMAs may include acquisition, disposition, financing, asset management, and development fees, which may be fixed, a set percentage, or negotiated. Performance-based fees may also be charged to SMA clients. All fees are subject to negotiation.
