Fee Structure
Krilogy Financial charges a fee based on the value of your accounts, calculated quarterly. The fee will not exceed 2.00% unless the minimum annual fee applies. The minimum annual fee is $3,750 ($937.50 per quarter), regardless of the account value, unless waived. Fees typically range from 0.50% to 1.50%, depending on the account size and advisor's practices. Fees are negotiable. Krilogy may include held-away accounts in the fee calculation. Fees do not include internal fees and expenses in mutual funds, ETFs, or transaction charges.
