Fee Structure
Telos Capital Management (TCM) charges a percentage of the value of your investments each year, paid quarterly. The specific rate depends on the portfolio type and amount invested.
For most clients, the annual fee is 1.00% of the entire portfolio value.
For former McCuen & Co. Inc. clients, the annual fee ranges from 0.25% to 0.75% of the entire portfolio value.
For client accounts managed by Bruce Sherman:
- Sherman Core Portfolio (I): Fees range from 0.85% to 2.00% depending on the amount invested.
- Sherman Core Portfolio (O): Fees range from 0.55% to 1.00% depending on the amount invested.
These fees are negotiable and can vary based on factors like the amount invested, complexity, and services required.
