PSAM provides investment management services to pooled investment vehicles and managed accounts. PSAM deducts an asset-based fee (management fee) generally between 1% to 2% annually and performance-based compensation generally between 12% to 20% of net capital appreciation for pooled investment vehicles. For managed accounts, PSAM charges an asset-based fee generally between 0.65% to 1.3% annually and a performance-based fee generally between 10% to 20% of net capital appreciation.
