PSAM provides investment management services to pooled investment vehicles and trading advisory services to separately managed accounts.
Fee Structure
PSAM provides investment management services to pooled investment vehicles and managed accounts. PSAM deducts an asset-based fee (management fee) generally between 1% to 2% annually and performance-based compensation generally between 12% to 20% of net capital appreciation for pooled investment vehicles. For managed accounts, PSAM charges an asset-based fee generally between 0.65% to 1.3% annually and a performance-based fee generally between 10% to 20% of net capital appreciation.
