Schutt Capital Management (SCM) manages pooled investment funds (Schutt Private Investment Fund, Schutt Real Estate Value Holdings LLC, and Schutt Real Estate Value Holdings II LLC) and separate accounts. SCM uses a value-investing approach, seeking undervalued assets. While primarily focused on public equity markets, SCM may invest in various securities, including corporate and municipal debt, government securities, and private company equity and debt. Separately managed accounts are tailored to individual client needs.

Client assets invested in mutual funds or exchange-traded funds will also incur fees directly payable to the mutual or exchange-traded fund manager. Client assets invested in equity mutual funds or ETFs, fixed income mutual funds and ETFs, alternative investments or funds, and commodities, currency and commodity funds or ETFs are charged up to 0.50% of respective AUM. Schutt Capital Management reserves the right to negotiate fees. Some clients pay more or less than others based on certain factors such as the type and size of the account, and the existence of related accounts.
