IIA offers investment opportunities through Funds and Separate Accounts, each following an established strategy and investment mandate. IIA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IMPACT Community Capital LLC.
Fee Structure
IMPACT Investment Adviser (IIA) receives management fees from clients based on a percentage of capital commitments, invested capital, or the value of assets managed. Fees vary depending on the investment mandate, services performed, and account size. IIA may also receive origination, extension, and breakage fees. Fees are generally payable quarterly, either in advance or in arrears, as specified in the client's documents.
