Corebridge Institutional Investments (U.S.), LLC (CIIUS) offers investment advice and asset management services to Corebridge, its affiliates, and unaffiliated institutional clients. CIIUS manages investment portfolios of private funds and other pooled investment vehicles. CIIUS also serves as a sub-advisor to affiliated investment managers, in the management of their institutional affiliate client accounts. CIIUS provides discretionary investment advice and asset management services over institutional client portfolios pursuant to an investment management agreement.
Fee Structure
Corebridge Institutional Investments (U.S.), LLC generally receives a management fee paid monthly or quarterly for services provided. The management fee is expressed as a percentage and applied to the average net asset value of the investment. The management fee for each client will vary based on the investment strategy, specific service needs, the amount of assets under management, a client’s commitment to invest additional assets, a client’s total business with CIIUS and its affiliates, and potentially other strategic factors. CIIUS may require a minimum amount of assets under management or fee revenue in order to open as well as to maintain an account. With certain asset classes, such as in the case of private real estate, CIIUS may additionally receive performance fees.
