ESM Management provides investment advice on mortgage-related securities and similar structured credit products. ESM manages investment portfolios for separately managed accounts, investment companies, and other investment advisors. ESM has the authority to make trades for these accounts and builds and maintains investment portfolios based on the client's goals and risk tolerance. ESM also provides clients with reports and market updates.
ESM Management typically charges clients a management fee calculated as a percentage of the value of the client's portfolio. The fees are negotiable. Some clients may only pay incentive fees based on the profits generated in the account. Fees are billed in arrears, generally semi-annually, but this is negotiable.
