Krusen Capital Management (KCM) offers investment advisory services to pooled investment vehicles (funds) and clients who invest in those funds. For funds, KCM acts as an investment manager, selecting third-party hedge funds. For advisory clients, KCM offers non-discretionary advisory, monitoring, and reporting services for investments in hedge funds, private credit funds, and draw-down funds (private equity, real estate, etc.). KCM does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
Krusen Capital Management charges an annual fee based on the total value of assets under management, ranging from 0% to 1%. The specific fee is negotiable and outlined in the investment advisory contract. Fees are generally charged quarterly in advance. In limited circumstances, KCM may charge a fixed fee ranging from $1,000 to $250,000 per year per advisory investment.
