Keystone helps business owners and employees define their financial goals and develop plans for meeting those goals. Keystone Capital recommends third-party investment managers to manage client portfolios and monitors their performance. Keystone Capital acts as a liaison between clients and the third-party investment managers.

Keystone’s fee is deducted from the custodial account and forwarded to Keystone. These fees may or may not be negotiable. Fees paid to the TPA may differ depending upon the individual agreement Keystone Capital has with each TPA. As such, Keystone Capital may have an incentive to recommend one TPA over another TPA with whom it has less favorable compensation arrangements or other advisory programs offered by TPAs with which it has no compensation arrangements.
