Unison IM has full authority over investment decisions for the Funds and tailors its services to each Fund's objectives. Interests in the Funds are typically offered to institutional investors and high net worth individuals.
Fee Structure
Unison Investment Management manages pooled investment funds and receives a management fee and/or an asset management fee from the Funds. The specific amount and calculation of these fees are detailed in the Funds' governing documents and can vary between different Funds. Unison IM may also receive a REIT management fee and a disposition fee from certain Funds. A performance fee may also be charged.
