Fee Structure
Israels Ferguson Asset Advisors offers direct asset management services where investment advice is tailored to meet your individual needs and investment objectives. The annual fee is billed and payable quarterly in advance based on the value of your account on the last day of the previous quarter. The fees are subject to negotiation. The maximum combined advisory fee paid to Israels Ferguson and the management fees they charge for directly managed assets and of any selected Third Party Manager will not exceed 2.25% of the Managed Assets.
