Cunningham Investment Management (CIM) offers investment management services including separately managed accounts and unified managed accounts. CIM uses a dynamic asset allocation method to manage risk and seek opportunities across various investments. CIM also provides private labeled research to other investment advisors and institutions. CIM does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
Cunningham Investment Management charges an annual fee ranging from 0.50% to 1.85% of the value of your portfolio. This includes both an advisory fee (up to 1.25%) and a management fee (up to 0.60%) for the investment strategies selected. The fee is calculated quarterly, based on the portfolio's value at the end of the previous quarter. You can end the agreement at any time without penalty.
