Sawtooth Capital LLC manages a Limited Partnership (LP) that trades futures for profit. Sawtooth Capital serves as the fund manager, making all trading decisions. The company uses its own capital and that of individuals who meet the SEC's guidelines for Qualified Investors. Sawtooth Capital does not directly manage client assets on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis.
Fee Structure
Sawtooth Capital manages a futures fund and earns twenty-five percent (25%) of all economic profits (net of trading costs) realized by the fund in excess of the return of the S&P 500 equity index over a twelve (12) month period. No performance fee is earned if client invested funds do not exceed the hurdle. Should client returns trail the hurdle over the measurement period, no performance fee shall be earned until client funds make up the difference and ultimately exceed the hurdle. Fees are paid in arears.
