The management fee ranges from 0% to 2.0% per year, depending on the investor's choice of tranche and lockup period. For a closed-end fund, the management fee is 0.5% per year on unfunded capital and 1.5% per year on invested capital. Standard General also receives a performance-based profit allocation or fee, generally not exceeding 25% of the increase in the value of each investor’s investment, subject to a High Water Mark.
