La Loma Capital manages and invests assets for individuals, primarily high net worth individuals seeking diversified investment strategies. La Loma does not sell securities or financial products and is not affiliated with entities that do. Clients grant La Loma investment discretion, but always maintain asset control. Clients engage other professional services (lawyers, accountants, etc.) directly.
La Loma Capital charges an annual management fee of 0.75% of your portfolio, and may also charge an incentive allocation/performance fee of 20% of net income/net profit & loss with a one-year lookback period. You can choose to pay either the management fee plus the incentive fee, or just the management fee. The custodian calculates and deducts these fees from your account. You are responsible for verifying the custodian's fee calculation.
