Rangeley Capital provides investment advice to private funds and separately managed accounts. The firm manages client accounts according to their investment objectives, as outlined in their governing documents. Rangeley Capital may also contract with clients to adhere to limited risk or operating guidelines, negotiated on a case-by-case basis. The firm does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
Rangeley Capital manages investments for private funds and charges a monthly management fee, generally ranging from 1% to 1.50% per year. The firm also sub-advises a private fund, charging a management fee of 0.25% per quarter (approximately 1% per year). These fees are deducted from the fund's assets. The firm may waive or modify the management fee for certain investors, including the principal and employees.
