Sonoran Capital manages investments primarily in equities, using fixed income and derivatives as hedging tools. They employ a top-down global macro approach, analyzing worldwide trends to select investments. Client accounts are managed using general strategies developed by the firm and are not typically customized. Sonoran Capital does not offer separate financial planning, trustee, custody, or tax planning services.
Sonoran Capital charges a customized management fee based on factors like the amount you invest and the work required. In addition to the management fee, Sonoran Capital may charge an annual performance fee based on a percentage of the net profits of the account. Performance fees are subject to a "high-water mark," meaning they are only collected for gains exceeding the previously attained annual high point.
