Fee Structure
Aquilo Capital Management manages investment funds and receives management fees in advance at an annual rate ranging from 1.0% to 1.75% of the value of the underlying investors' capital account balance, depending on the fund. In addition to management fees, Aquilo is entitled to receive a performance allocation ranging from 15% to 20% of the net profits of the fund attributable to each underlying investor's capital account balance.
