Shamrock Capital Advisors provides investment advisory and management services to privately pooled investment vehicles, called Funds. Shamrock focuses on investments in the middle market within media, entertainment, communications, and related sectors. Shamrock also invests in content and media rights across the global entertainment industry and originates senior secured loans to owners of content. Shamrock does not tailor its investment services to any individual fund investor.
Fee Structure
Shamrock Capital Advisors manages investments for privately pooled investment vehicles (Funds). The Funds pay Shamrock an annual investment management fee based on a percentage (generally 1.5% to 2%, depending on the Fund) of the total capital commitments or contributions. After a certain period, the management fee will be based on a percentage (generally 1.5% to 2%, depending on the Fund) per year of the aggregate amount of capital contributions related to a Fund’s investments that have not been subject to a disposition, permanently written off, or subject to a write-down for more than three years, or the Fund’s net asset value, as applicable.
