Sail Loft Capital Management (SLCM) offers portfolio management services to individuals and high net worth individuals. SLCM develops an investment strategy based on the client's needs and manages a portfolio accordingly. SLCM utilizes an opportunistic investment strategy derived from a fundamental and macroeconomic approach employing technical analysis. Client portfolios primarily include individual stocks and bonds, exchange-traded funds, mutual funds, and option contracts.
Fee Structure
SLCM charges an annual management fee based on the value of your portfolio, ranging from 1.00% to 1.50%, depending on the investment portfolio selected. The fee is assessed quarterly, in arrears. A minimum of $1,000,000 of assets under management is required to open an account, but this may be negotiable.
