Tenor Capital manages investments for private pooled investment vehicles. The management fee for the Tenor Opportunity Funds ranges from 1.25% to 1.5% annually, calculated quarterly in advance. There is also an incentive fee ranging from 17% to 20% of net capital appreciation. The TICAF Funds, Recompense Funds, and Recompense II Funds are subject to a management fee of up to 0.5% annually, calculated quarterly in advance, and a carried interest percentage ranging between 17% to 20%. The Parsoon Funds and TSSF may be subject to a management fee of up to 1.25% and 2% respectively, but current investors are not subject to this fee. These funds also have a carried interest percentage ranging between 12% to 20%.
