Fee Structure
Bortel Investment Management manages the Tiburon Opportunity Fund, LP. The fund pays the firm a management fee of 0.50% of each investor's share of the fund's net asset value at the end of each quarter, which equates to 2% annually. The firm may vary the management fee for particular investors. The minimum fund investment is $250,000, but this can be waived at the firm's discretion.
