Dynasty Wealth Management (DWM) provides an investment management platform and a range of investment advisory services, including model portfolios and outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO) services, to independent advisors in the Dynasty Network. DWM offers access to unaffiliated investment sub-managers and facilitates technology, administrative, and operational support. DWM also offers private investment opportunities. Network Advisors maintain direct client relationships and customize advice.
Fee Structure
DWM offers various investment programs with fees ranging from 0.02% to 0.30% of assets invested. There is also an annual minimum account fee of up to $120. These fees do not include securities transaction fees or sub-manager fees. DWM also receives compensation from money managers participating in Model Select portfolios, either as a percentage of the underlying fund's expense ratio (9%-20%) or as a flat fee (3-20 basis points).
