DAI Fund Management (DFM), operating as MicroVest Capital Management, provides investment advice to private investment funds and other accounts, including charitable organizations. DFM focuses on providing debt and equity capital to responsible financial institutions and other organizations providing financial services to populations at the bottom of the economic pyramid around the world. DFM does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of the investors in the Private Investment Funds nor accepts investor-imposed investment restrictions.
Fee Structure
DFM manages investments for private investment funds and other accounts. The fees vary and are described in detail in each fund's offering memorandum. For other accounts, the advisory fee typically ranges from 0.75% to 1.55% of the value of the investments.
