OFS Capital Management focuses on investments in middle-market and broadly syndicated U.S. loans, debt and equity positions in collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), structured credit investments, and corporate fixed income bonds. OFS Management serves as the investment advisor to business development companies, registered closed-end funds, certain separately managed accounts, and sub-advised accounts. OFS Management may also serve as sub-adviser to certain affiliated and unaffiliated pooled investment vehicles.
