Richard Bernstein Advisors (RBA) is an investment advisor that uses a top-down, macroeconomic approach combined with quantitative analysis to manage investments. RBA offers services through partnerships with financial institutions, providing sub-advisory services through separately managed accounts and wrap fee programs. RBA also provides asset-allocation models and equity income-oriented portfolios for registered investment companies and serves as a sub-advisor to exchange-traded funds. RBA also offers advisory services directly to institutions and individuals through separately managed accounts.
RBA manages separately managed accounts and charges an annual management fee up to 1.25% depending on the investment strategy. Fees are negotiable. Some accounts may also have performance-based compensation, generally up to 20% of net profits over a high water mark and/or hurdle. For sub-advisory relationships, RBA receives a portion of the fee paid to the primary advisor.
