Fee Structure
Avoro Capital Advisors manages investments for private investment funds. The management fee for the Avoro Life Sciences Funds is typically 0.5% per quarter (approximately 2.0% annually) of each investor's capital account, payable quarterly in advance. For the Avoro Ventures Fund, the management fee is 0.625% (2.5% annually) of each investor's subscription during the investment period, reducing annually after the investment period to no less than 1.5%.
