Fee Structure
Alphadyne Asset Management provides investment management services to commingled investment vehicles and separately managed accounts. The firm's fees include a management fee and an incentive fee based on performance.
The management fee is generally calculated monthly in advance at a rate of approximately 2.0% per year of the net assets of each client. The incentive fee is generally equal to 20% or more of a client’s net profits, if any, subject to a “loss carryforward” provision. These fees are exclusive of brokerage commissions, transaction fees, and other related costs and expenses.
