Fee Structure
Seaport Global Advisors charges a percentage of the market value of your portfolio. The fees are calculated either quarterly or monthly, as agreed upon in the investment management agreement. The agreement runs for an initial period of one year and quarterly thereafter and may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. Fees for serving as advisor to the ERShares Global Entrepreneurs Mutual Fund are based on the following fee schedule:
- First $20 Million: 1.25% per year
- Over $20 Million: Negotiated
