Elm Ridge Management focuses on providing investment advice concerning publicly-traded equity securities and listed equity options to a pooled investment vehicle (the Fund) tailored for sophisticated and institutional investors. The firm does not tailor advisory services to the individual needs of investors, and investors in the Fund are precluded from placing constraints on investments in specific securities or security categories.
Fee Structure
Elm Ridge Management charges the Fund an investment management fee ranging from 1% to 1.5% annually based on the value of the Fund's assets under management. The firm or a related person will also be paid a performance-based fee or allocation, which is compensation that is based on a share of capital gains on or capital appreciation of the assets of a client, in an amount ranging from 18% to 20% of such gains or appreciation.
