Fee Structure
Marcuard Family Office charges a fee based on the amount of assets they manage or advise on. The exact fee is negotiable and outlined in your client agreement. The indicative annual fee rates are:
- Up to $10 million: 0.8-1.2% for management, 0.6-0.8% for advisory
- $10 million to $25 million: 0.7-1.1% for management, 0.5-0.7% for advisory
- $25 million to $50 million: 0.5-1.0% for management, 0.3-0.5% for advisory
- Over $50 million: Negotiable
For illiquid positions like private equity funds, a flat fee rate will be applied for SEC clients. For non-SEC clients, a flat fee plus performance will be applied.
