Fee Structure

Management fees are calculated quarterly, in advance, as a percentage of the fund's net asset value. The annual management fee for Series One, Three, Four, and Five is 2.0%, but may be reduced to 1.75%, 1.50%, 1.25%, or 1.00% depending on how long an investor has been continuously invested in the fund. The annual management fee for Series Two is 3.0%, but may be reduced to 2.625%, 2.25%, 1.875% or 1.50% depending on how long an investor has been continuously invested in the fund.
In addition to management fees, Alyeska also receives performance-based compensation, calculated monthly and paid annually, equal to 20% of the net realized and unrealized appreciation in the net asset value of the fund, subject to a high water mark.
