Fees shown are for individual security selection or any other strategy requiring reviews and analysis more frequently than monthly. Buy and hold investing with annual rebalancing: 0.50% of first $2,000,000, 0.40% of AUM over $2,000,000 up to $4,000,000, 0.30% of AUM over $4,000,000. Tactical asset allocation or any other strategy requiring quarterly or monthly reviews and analysis: 0.70% of the first $2,000,000, 0.60% of AUM over $2,000,000 up to $4,000,000, 0.50% of AUM over $4,000,000. Prosper Financial has discretion to charge a lesser amount than the above-stated fees.
