Obra manages investments for affiliated pooled investment vehicles and separate account clients. Obra's strategies include insurance-linked securities and credit investments. Obra also offers research and consulting services on fixed income investments to institutional clients.
Fee Structure
Obra manages investments for its clients and is compensated through various fees. These fees can be based on a percentage of the value of the assets they manage, carried interest, performance allocations, portfolio company-related fees, asset origination and structuring fees, asset servicing and administrative services, other transaction-related services. The management fees can be up to 2% per year of the net asset value of each client’s account or, in the case of certain accounts and closed-end Funds, up to 2% of committed capital during the investment period and up to 2% of the unreturned capital balance after the investment period.
