TrueBridge Capital Partners manages pooled investment vehicles, special purpose vehicles, and feeder funds. These investment vehicles pool funds from investors to invest in private equity and venture capital funds. TrueBridge does not provide individualized advice to investors, and each investment vehicle is managed according to its own objectives and guidelines. Fee Structure
TrueBridge Capital Partners manages pooled investment vehicles and charges a management fee ranging from 0.25% to 2% of aggregate commitments, paid quarterly in advance. This fee decreases after the sixth anniversary of the initial closing. Some investment vehicles also bear fees paid by the private equity funds they invest in, which include a fixed management fee (1%-2% annually) and a performance incentive (10%-30% of capital appreciation).
