For the Abrams Funds (excluding Great Hollow International, L.P.), the quarterly fee is 0.25% (1.0% annually). For Riva II, it's 0.1875% (0.75% annually). For Riva III, it's also 0.1875% (0.75% annually). For Riva IV, V, and VI, it's 0.25% (1.0% annually). These fees are deducted from the fund's assets. Abrams Capital also receives a performance-based profit allocation.
