HighVista manages pooled investment vehicles and separately managed accounts, utilizing a variety of investment strategies, including multi-asset, private credit, biotechnology, and opportunistic private equity. HighVista's multi-asset strategy combines diversification, risk management, and both internal and external managers.
Fee Structure
HighVista Strategies provides investment advice to pooled investment vehicles and separately managed accounts. Fees are detailed in each client's agreement and vary by client. HighVista also receives performance-based compensation from some clients. The HighVista Funds generally do not receive management fees with respect to investments in applicable HighVista Funds by HighVista employees and personnel, members of their immediate families, and their affiliated entities and charitable organizations.
