Acuitas selects and monitors these subadvisers, who then buy and sell securities. Acuitas manages separate accounts, a mutual fund, an ETF, and private funds. Investment strategies are not tailored to individual needs for the ETF, private funds, and mutual fund.
Fee Structure
Acuitas Investments charges a management fee based on a percentage of the assets they manage. Fees are negotiable for separately managed accounts, depending on factors like the amount of assets, the type of assets, and the complexity of the client's situation. Acuitas may also accommodate requests for performance-based fee structures.
Generally, for separate account clients, the fees are as follows:
- Microcap – 1.10%
- Small Cap – 0.80%
- International Small Cap – 1.00%
- Emerging Markets Small Cap – 1.10%
