Fee Structure
BroadRiver receives periodic management fees of up to 2% per year from the Funds. Management fees are calculated based on committed capital, net asset value or invested capital remaining. The Funds typically pay management fees quarterly in advance; however, certain Funds may pay management fees in arrears from time to time.
