AMERRA Capital Management manages investments for private investment partnerships, separately managed accounts, and other investment vehicles. AMERRA focuses on corporate debt, loans, and other financial instruments related to companies in the food and agribusiness sectors, primarily in the Americas. Investment advice is provided directly to the partnerships and separately managed accounts, not individually to the investors in the partnerships. AMERRA manages accounts according to each client's investment objectives and provides periodic reports.
AMERRA receives carried interest and a management fee for investment management services. The management fee for the Private Equity Fund is 2.0% per year of capital commitments or funded contributions. For the Domestic and Offshore Funds, the management fee is 1.75% per year of capital commitments or funded contributions, but 1.25% for certain funds. The partnerships also pay carried interest of 20% of profits on distributions, with a preferred return of 6% to 8%. Management fees and carried interest for clients other than the partnerships are negotiable.
