Fee Structure
Frontenac manages private equity funds and receives a management fee as compensation for investment advisory services. The management fee is generally 2% of total non-affiliated investor capital commitments. The management fee is not subject to negotiation after the fundraising period. Frontenac may also receive carried interest, which is a share of the profits from the funds.
