Fee Structure
Industry Ventures manages investments for pooled investment funds. They charge these funds an annual management fee, typically between 1% and 2% of the committed capital during the investment period (usually 3-7 years). After that, the fee is 1% to 2% of the capital actually invested. The affiliated general partner also receives a percentage of the fund's net profits.
